If you build in Framer and you've started looking for a way out of the platform tax, you've likely landed on two options: FrameXport and NocodeXport. They look similar from the outside — both export Framer sites to clean HTML/CSS — but the buying experience and the output differ in ways that matter once you're actually shipping.
We built FrameXport because we'd been Framer customers for years and nothing on the market did Framer-only export the way we wanted: cheap, fast, no watermark, no runtime, no nonsense. Below is the head-to-head we wished we'd had when we were comparing.
The 30-second answer
FrameXport is the right choice if you build exclusively on Framer and you want a one-time payment that covers every site you ever export. NocodeXport is broader (Framer, Webflow, Wix, plus more) but charges multi-platform pricing for what most people only use as a Framer tool.
Pricing — Framer-export only
| What you get | FrameXport | NocodeXport |
|---|---|---|
| Free single-page export | ✅ unlimited | ✅ limited |
| One Framer site, full multi-page | 69€ once | ~$120/year |
| Every Framer site you ever build | 119€ once | ~$197/year |
| Pay-once, never again | ✅ | ❌ subscription |
| Promo codes accepted at checkout | ✅ | varies |
For a designer who exports two or three Framer sites per year, the FrameXport Lifetime breaks even against NocodeXport in well under twelve months — and never charges again.
Output quality — same engine, different polish
Both tools produce static HTML and CSS. The difference is how aggressively each tool strips Framer's runtime. FrameXport ships a Framer-specific post-processor that:
- Removes
framer.jsandframer-motionbundles when they aren't needed for the page - Inlines critical CSS so first paint isn't gated on a separate stylesheet round-trip
- Rewrites Framer's image transformer URLs to relative paths so you can host on any CDN
- Keeps Framer's accessibility attributes (ARIA labels, focus order) intact
A multi-platform tool can't ship Framer-specific optimisations to the same depth — too many edge cases per platform. We picked one and got it right.
Speed
Side-by-side: a 12-page Framer marketing site exported in ~14 seconds on FrameXport, ~40 seconds on NocodeXport (median of 5 runs each, same site, fresh cache). Most of that gap is Framer-aware crawling: we know Framer's link conventions and skip URL probing that doesn't apply.
Where NocodeXport still wins
We're honest: if your stack is mixed — say a Framer marketing site, a Webflow blog, and a Wix store — and you want one tool that covers all three, NocodeXport is the right buy. FrameXport's Lifetime tier is also valid for SitedIn.io (multi-platform sister product), so the cross-brand bundle covers the same ground if you'd prefer that path.
Switching from NocodeXport
If you're already on NocodeXport and your renewal is coming up:
- Export your sites one last time on NocodeXport before the renewal
- Buy FrameXport Lifetime (one payment, 119€)
- Re-export each site on FrameXport — outputs are static HTML so they drop into any host (Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, Vercel, S3)
- Cancel the NocodeXport subscription
Total time: about an hour for a portfolio of 5-10 Framer sites. We kept the export UI deliberately close to NocodeXport's so the muscle memory transfers.
Bottom line
For Framer-only workflows, FrameXport wins on price, speed, and output quality. For mixed-platform stacks, the choice depends on whether you'd rather pay per-platform on NocodeXport or one-time on FrameXport's cross-brand Lifetime.
